you should have showed the end results
for the orbit move ... it looks like the raw footage seems to have unwanted lateral movement (from the gimbal trying to pan follow)... was this removed in post? is there a clean cut way to get the subject centered as you orbit around?

In the coming weeks there are 2 car shows in my surroundings , as for my previous videos i always made use of a selfie stick.
Now i ordered a Gimbal DJI OM6 (mainly shooting vids and photos with my phone camera).

Usually just the pan mode and I would use the knob to do the tilt. But I used all the same functions for the phone that I did with the camera. 👍🏼
