I agree one of the best ships out of the original run. Spot on with the carbon block just easy to use with the figures and ships. Another great review.
Eh... it's no Twin Pod Cloud Car! Kidding... my friend used to love this ship. I always thought it was a nice touch they had the carbonite Han included - especially as it was so rare to get 'extras' with ships back then.
Nice review as always! I too prefer the vintage version - made as a toy and not a collectible, in a day when everything didn't have to be "screen accurate". I always thought it was interesting that they didn't include Han's feet on the carbonite block. I guess this was so the block would be short enough to easily fit inside of the ship.
I'm looking on eBay for one. A boxed complete is going for about £60-70 and one missing the ramp and cargo compartment is going for about £20 so you did well to get a boxed complete one so cheap.
great review. Always was and still is my favorite ship from Star Wars universe. I was a fan of the nineties release as well. a more screen accurate paint job to an already awesome ship. and that handle does at fantastic playability. I do have to say though the new Vintage Collection release is absolutely amazing. I could go on and on about how I feel it's the ship I wish existed when we were children. its however more of a collector piece that made for children. I find the wings a bit fiddly, along with the cockpit windshield.
on the newer slave one (jango fett's version) where you can open the cab window and slide him in, I think it is easier but it ends up that you cant take the figure out that easily afterwards. also there is nowhere to put something like han solo in carbonite or another figure in so I think that you have a better version. I like it.also, great review.
I wanted this so bad. Was extremely ticked off my best friend got it for his birthday.
Great toy, so glad you showed it.
You cant beat the vintage Star Wars toys!

I'm so glad I have this.
Cool to see this in a Palitoy box! Great video. Loved this toy, still do.
I still have mine from when I was a kid.
love your videos, been very helpful to me. thank you.

I'd not noticed that with his feet. Good spot.

Most of the time collecting is all about luck. Ebay is never the cheapest source, too many people with too much money to spend bump the prices up.

That is why I like the vintage ships. Just made to be toys. I get fed up with new toys that look great but bits fall off them or break so easily.
it's a nice ship boba but I'm not crazy about the name thou--Lando Calrissian

a.rob.productions 1 send me a link of the new one on ama zon
Harrison Davis I actually biught it in a local toy shop, sorry
Awesome toy :)
An unusual name for a spaceship. But a great toy. Didn't get this one though, my parents got me a Wampa.
A wampa is still pretty good!
Yeah, but now your're a millionaire tycoon with a megayacht, that's karma for you.
I don't have this slave 1. I actually do have a Slave 1 from AOTC.
I never had that vehicle for Boba Feet when I was a kid J think I'll be getting one J thought the it be a little more expensive.
teppest11 In the UK this is a cheap and common ship. You should find one easily. Good luck.
I live the states, the New England area shouldn't be to bad to find
Don't think you'll get one boxed for £20 tho
+Alex Garnett Not at the moment. You can still find good value stuff, but not on any of the Facebook groups.
I always felt that SLAVE-1 was too bizarrely designed for my tastes...
I think that's why I like it so much. It's unique.
