Great reaction. Interesting take on the video. There has been a lot of debate about it. Many agree with your view about the simplicity, others think it’s too simple. Angelina herself has said that she prefers simple videos because the music should be the focus.
Just FYI, although just released, this song was actually recorded 2 years ago so we are actually hearing a 16 year old Angelina. She is 18 now.

❤️❤️❤️❤️👣 This was co-written by Angelina and Toby Gad with Toby hoping it would be on her EP Old Enough, which it was not. As they both explained at her recent LA concert they had a bit of a falling out after this. Then Toby wanted her to sing If I Were A Boy on his Piano Diaries album which she agreed to do. So this was first recorded when she was 16. I am still uncertain if this is the 16 year old recording or a new recording. She sang this at the concert with Toby on piano. That concert was my first time seeing her live and she was fantastic. I really hope these two continue to work together. He said they wrote 8 songs together so perhaps more will come out.
