Why are you left multiplying by the change in axes, instead of right multiplying? (19:15) I believe this is an error. In this example it makes no difference (as there is no change in axes), however by left multiplying you are changing axes first, and then rotating, which would then rotate around the new (incorrect) axis on a more complicated configuration.
