After a yummy lunch at Sauced BBQ, we took the @YTIndustriesTV rigs over to Lake Leatherwood park and got saddled up for some DH goodness. I was certainly happy to have each bike equipped with @cushcore for these chunky trails. We decided to hit them in order and start with DH 1, then on down the line.
This spot is super fun and the tail signs at the top do a pretty good job of breaking down what to expect when you are getting ready to drop in. My best advice is to keep your eyes up and stay centered over your bike! I'm gonna say DH 4 is probably my favorite of all the trails out there. I think it's also important to point out that there is some pretty rad single track in addition to the DH runs. Our man Mark from Shuttle Bugs kept us in motion and it certainly was nice getting that air conditioned ride back up to the top after each run.
Needles to say, we were pretty wrecked at the end of the day and my first thought was to take a dip in the creek. After we got everything loaded back up, it was time to head out for dinner.
Sick video! That gap drop on double black is no joke. Rather huge indeed. I’ve not ridden Passion Play yet, I’m planning on it for June!

Leatherwood is great, but I definitely like Passion Play more.
While I didn't get to ride I will say Eureka Springs is an awesome town. So cool to see the sites. Went to the Springs Park and a couple of other places.

Sweet mini series!
Did Leatherwood a couple of weeks back, super slick set up, never waited more than a few minutes for the uplift. Mark is a legend. I’m an average rider and I rode all the trails, skipped some of the big stuff, most have by passes if needed. The gaps and drops are legit. Green trail is a nice warm down too ;)

I only had time to do DH7, that drop to gap was HUGE...we need a slow mo next time to take it in! Who hit that? I couldnt tell lol
