I have watched the place go down hill for sometime now. I think the Back Bay, Seaport District and North Station has taken away from Downtown Crossing, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. I hope the can revitalize those areas but with so much building going on and new places popping up it might take a long time and a lot of money.
Old management reading the writing in the walls…Boston isn’t commerce friendly anymore. Overpriced, diminishing quality of restaurants ect. I remember going to fanueill hall as a kid with my family and seeing the street performers and people. Now it has zero soul.
The subcontract management team , JLL, particularly Jenny Morse and Chris Sherman need to be gone ! They don’t fit for their job
