Alright here is how to defeat him easily with librator(works for librator level 2) You start the round using abilities Like how the boss from okay fighter does in the same order Then when your abilities are on cooldown spam throw him Until all 4 abilities are off cooldown Then use the helicopter move thing Then use your gun Get away a Lil bit from him Then use your dash to get behind him the spam throw again until all abilities are off cooldown Then use all abilities in the same order you did at the start Then gun Good luck
If you don't know the order of void moves it's Back move(dash)then up move(helicopter thing)then you roll back and do the forward move then down move That's the order

Maybe you are not using the right perks or too low level perks too. I see you're using banishing, dont you have jaw breaker? Use jaw breaker with basher, berserker & price of victory.
+ the perk for helmet that ably bleed if you use shadow abilities When you enter the pursuit mode with good amount of health it will insta kill him or half of his HP a d the bleed will take the rest + some melee So go rage aggressive mode vs this boss

Quarantine Gaming here's my suggestion to win against this boss using KOS set You've to lose 1st round so the bar fills upto 40 % In the next round you gain access to stun bloom moves Not the main part - In second round, immediately use Intoxication Ability (it's guaranteed) then before he gets up again use stun bloom move and wait 2 - 3 sec while he's stunning then use lower bloom move then immediately use intoxication again he'll not gt a single chance to hit you!!
Defeated him with lvl 3 liberator, and I can say that this boss is gonna need some patience to defeat him, at most you just don't really want him to hit you too much, cus he can gain the mist people pretty fast, infinite grab tech can work on him.
Try with hound but this time tale spiked armour. At the start of round use shield he and you both will be knocked and use the horn to gain energy then if he is stunned the. Go near and use main attack then again horn but if he is not stunned go near him and try to grab and then horn. .... Due to the damage taken while entering persuit mode it would be reflected by hound to him and he will be dead and if he didn't die then try to horn more and more to stun him and gain energy
You need to get The Steel Hound Set to level 6 . He is tremendously more powerful and can do his strongest attack called Firestorm. I beat The Dead Forest Triad easily with this set maxed out .
Oh yeah I forgot my set is on level 4 not six 😅 I'm just sick of defeating this boss even after the maintenance that I don't even know how my set works Normal mode I used liberator level two and defeated him 5 times by spamming (without any throws) Hard more I'm experimenting and I think I'm doomed I don't have any sets coming close to it
With steel hound lv4 we can win, his ability of block any attack have a cooldown of 10 seconds, if you enter in rage mode and hit with the ability in that 10 seconds you can kill him.

Because of these ghosts you can't even move, you can't hit him. Given how many different attacks he can throw during just one second, his healing is pointless. Steel hound lv 4 or lv5 will win against it just you need to get your normal attack deflected before you do the that spinning attack of steel hound in Pursuit phase. I won against it no problem with steel hound lv5
We can't use shadow energy the ultimate power of sf3 sets seems like this set was designed by a bleach anime fan it's similar to you can't use your bankai aginst Quincy. Bleach fans will get it.

Shadow COlossus not good idea, using shadow abilities will stun you and other bad stuff will happend after that.
To me I feel like Steel Hound is the only set that can defeat him but you have to have at lvl 5 or 6 if lower than that it won't do anything to him
