4 cups, long grain basmati rice soaked
400g, mutton boiled with stock
Stock,4 cups
1/2 cup, onion slices
150g, ghee/oil
2 tbsp, chopped green chilies
For Spices:
1 tsp, red chili powder
1/2 tsp, turmeric powder
1.5 tsp, crushed coriander
1/2 tsp, crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
4-5 tbsp, tomato puree
3-4 pcs, green chilies
4.5 drops, lemon food color
3 tbsp, yogurt
Whole spices:
10-12 black peppercorns
2-3 bay leaves
2-3 cloves
1 inch, cinnamon stick
2-3 pods, green cardamoms
1/4 pcs, star anise
