Pretty good song not particularly jazzy more orchestral I would say. Anything can sound like jazz with the right tempo if you were to change that to the swing tempo and maybe move it down an octave it (might) sound jazzy.

Amazing how you switched keys in between barely noticeable

Also maybe add more regular chords in as i've noticed you don't have much a bass
