This is great. I am an HR Manager for a small company and trying to determine how to create swag for new employees. I am thinking of things I can do for them and the medium to do it (cricut/sublimation/other)
I am thinking cricut to print out logo to put on the headphones we provide or maybe even on the backpack we provide for their laptop.
A notebook was one item, but a notepad may be helpful.

You don’t need a Cricut for this. I’ve been making pads like these for years using only a paper cutter. Instead of throwing out one-sided documents that I no longer need, I send them through the printer and print a dot grid on the empty side. Then I cut those sheets into handy scrap paper sizes, cut a backing out of cardboard, then use padding compound on the top edge to create the pads. The same process could be done using fresh paper and printed designs of your choice. I see no reason to complicate the process with a Cricut.

Have you considered using your heatpress to compress your pads? Firm pressure. Or a brick

I searched it on Amazon, now they have a matte finish. But the stuff is 19.99 ugh
