I absolutely LOVE these sleep buds. I am having a problem with the left ear staying connected. I have a few more days before I have to return them so I'll at least try a few more days! They are the best so far outside of that issue!
If you have the earbudy already connected to a phone and want to change to another phone you need to reset the earbuds first. Press 10 s the small button on the back side.

If you haven't clean them and aswell inside the box. I used my sunglasses little towel. Good luck 👍🏻
I love that it has such an easy access feature, unfortunately the button is either not working or broken. :/
