shouting in this sense isn't always bad :) gave me goosebumps and not in the bad way ;) for example, hyorin got famous with her powerful singing voice. I'm sure once Si Young's trained, too, she'll be amazing and more controlling too. Give her a break. (Also she wasn't "shouting" at the beginning and that part was touching for me, maybe you should just keep it to yourself if you cannot judge the whole song as a whole)
