HR did the same thing to me in my previous One of the top MNC in india.That situation was worst, no in hand offer, dont know what to do. Personally, Professionally, Mentally went through a worst phase for 4 months. Then I decided that, dont trust the Companies and Managers and Hrs. Just Office means Office, 9-5 its over. Spend time with family, attend family functions, Try to attend friends marriages. Bcse we may not be present in the same company for long years but if we didnt attend for our family functions or friends marriages They will remember for life time. Job is not at all fullfill your dreams & support you in all the aspects. Everyone say money will do everything, job will do everything.
