Subhanallah you really hit an important point when you talked about the FOMO. Heavy on not everywhere is for you. I had to come to terms with this at a certain point when it came to trying to make new friends where I live now. Realizing some places are just not for the believing woman to be in💕

Yesss! If I couldn’t imagine myself being somewhere, even the slightest bit or having a feeling of discomfort- I wasn’t going

Omg the point about fomo is so true… it’s like I don’t want to seem uncool but if being cool is gonna be my downfall I want no parts. I reverted a few months back and I’ve lost so many friends bc I just don’t do a lot of the same things I was ok with before & I’m starting to realize I’m fine with being left out bc ik when I am included it’s going to be something worth my while and that will honor me and my values as well.

Yesss! I can relate to that so much! I also began to feel like the odd on out/uncool when it’d be a normal get together then later down the line people start drinking and smoking. That would be my cue to dip lol. I’m so happy for you taking that step to revert to Islam and separate yourself from those you no longer align with. May ﷻ grant you with a community of loving friends that inspire you for the better and remind you of Allah 💐🤍✨
