Hypnotic Poison being a close second. The sample I got for Midnight Poison , It's heavy on the rose with slight scent of citrus and patchouli. The way your describing this scent I wonder if what I got is fake. I would love to smell the original but don't want to spend $200-400 USD to get a bottle. Thank you for your input
Congratulations on 1k! I have a mini bottle of Midnight Poison that I found at a Swap Meet. It’s 3/4 full and the jewel of my collection. I ordered the Dua dupe on your recommendation and am really looking forward to it. I don’t detect the rose, just the citrus and patchouli. Lasts a long time too. I hope Dua will do a dupe of Alien Essence Absolute. I only have a mini of that one as well and I bet they’d sell a ton if they did!
In Greece there are plenty perfume stores with imitations, even niche ones and they only cost 7 to 15 euros for 30, 50,100 ml. The similarity is 85 to 95%. I got a copy of midnight poison and i can say is exactly the same smell cause i have the original and i can compare them side by side.
I really want to smell this one again to see if it's how I remember it, definitely grown woman tings!! 100%. I'm so happy for you that you finally have it in your possession.

My HG has always been Hypnotic, but when I wanted the vampire in me to come out, it was Midnight and no other. Sadly, no one else got the rose-patchouli combo quite right.
It's funny you should say that you love the combination of orange, rose, and patchouli Gabi...I realized years ago when dabbling with essential oils that I also loved that combination and I made countless little vials and solid perfumes using this magickal trio. I also love Coco Noir. What I would give to get my nose on this fragrance!!! Amazing review as usual! xx
I just got a SEALED 100ml pure parfum bottle of this!! I’ve seen lots of people talk about this so was planning on blind buying a miniature but got very lucky with a full size. Haven’t even unpackaged the plastic wrap yet because I’m so nervous 😅

Beautiful opinion of another masterpiece gone to the heavens. I'm definitely a Poison woman. I've wear them all and still wear Poison, Hypnotic Poison and a very well made dupe of Tendre Poison. Pure Poison is good but very bright and light and nowadays I prefer more deep, dark fragrances with a lot of character. They are basically the same I would say 99% the same. The Dua is just as strong, but I'd say MP has a little more of the rose. Slightly sweeter but only just. I wish DUA packaging was better lol 😆
