There was a documentary on him as an 8 year old child prodigy on guitar, then at 10 and 12. He said this is his life and he will never stop. Obviously, the blues caught his attention and he was profoundly moved by Michael Burks and others and his rifts are getting more insane by the day. When Mayhill calls him one of the real deals and tells people to look for him, I think he has more than arrived and everyone that loves the blues I hope will have heard of him by year's end.
Verily hath Hendrix sent his only begotten son to deliver us? Seriously though, Eric's solos are so amazingly fluid yet so impeccably shaped. Look on and weep all ye soulless shredders - you know who you are!
Yup..,...this guy can sure tear up that guitar. Not to be mean, but, if he were to get some good vocals into that band, they would be unstoppable. And, if the back and forth solos sounded more like a complement to each other, rather than a competition, I would have enjoyed it more.
This man: Eric, he's a beast how he plays !
A new blues star is born!
I've seen all the great blues guitar players live,
but nobody made me so speechless like ERIC
Superb!
Fuckin Awesomeness!
Incredible......
We are all going to miss Michael Burks but I'm so glad to hear Eric keeping his memory alive with "Empty Promises"

If you haven't looked up Michael Burks yet he's well worth your time:-)
The only thing missing is the destroying of the guitar at the end :) hehe
