Could you post the super-event “DEMOCRACY RETURNS TO GERMANY”? It’s summoned be the command, “set_country_flag big_event_democracy_germany”. EDIT: It’s not supposed to be in the game. That was a mockup made by a coder that for some reason got pushed to the master version without anyone else knowing. It'll be gone next patch. EDIT 2: It has been removed.
I love how the quote just applies to the Nazis so well. The Nazis beyond being a first world government with a million soldiers were only a scary problem because no one had the resources to walk in and take care of them on day one so we got pushed back to the very day the Allies reached Berlin. Simply the fact we all got there the same day we were all at the mercy of not Hitler but each other.
Basically this outcome is the Reichsstaat slowly collapsing right after the end of the South African war as african nations form with as little casualties from Hutting as possible, though the new countries will still go into a civil war. African devastation is Hutting killing as many africans as possible, and then the whole thing collapses in the worst way possible.

Pretty sure very few, if any warlords actually come to power. I saw a screenshot of this scenario with leaders like Patrice Lumumba and Julius Nyerere in charge of the new states, so it can't be that bad.

There have been guerrilla forces desperately and brutally fighting the Germans for over a decade and the Germans have outright destroyed parts of Africa. We know there are many wars after the collapse and such. If anything there would be more warlords not less. And no amount of foreign aid can stop that, as otl shows.

You can use your own political power and equipment instead, which depending on the president you either have a lot off or none at all.

It is canon. All of the AI only time-lapses I have seen use this event.
