To get the phone call you need to wait 1 in game day which is 20mins in real time that’s what rockstar support said to me and it worked for me :) forgot to say you need to be outside , you can’t be in any property or mission as the phone call won’t pop up for you
I did 10 of the contract missions and after that i got the phone call from franklin to meet him at the studio but you do need 2 people to start the mission.
Your RT3000 is gone btw, I made the same mistake one time and after contacting Rockstar support they said that once you replace a car in your garage it's gone forever. They did give me my money back though.

I read on the wiki that it takes 2 real-time hours for Franklin to call you, you have to be outside in the open world though not inside any building.
