I always find him running back and forth like if I fast travel it somehow messes up his schedule it seems. Not mess up but it like catches him between the time he's at home and at work lmao. It's also interesting a few people live around there. Sometimes fiends will catch him outside Crimson Caravan for me making Contreras quest hard to finish lol
