    Lemon based sauces are my absolute favorite for fried seafoods. What a great recipe. I will be trying this with my Maryland crab cakes & batter fried shrimp.

    This looks so easy to make. And the addition of garlic is a great idea.i am hoping for a beer battered shrimp recipe from you so I have something tasty to dip in the aioli.

    The quality of the egg does make a huge difference ! Pasture raised organic for best taste results 🙏🏻

      Oh yea, when you look at the color of the yolk of the high quality eggs vs the cheap eggs you can see the difference in quality for sure!

      I'd say 2-3 days. That is the one downside of making a homemade sauce as they aren't loaded with preservatives.

    What is the difference from mayonnaise?

      This is pretty much a flavored mayonnaise.

      You can substitute the oil and the egg with mayo my way to making this is mayonnaise + garlic + salt + lemon juice + lemon zest will be amazing

    how do you avoid the risk of getting food poisoned from the eggs salmonella?

      I’ve never needed any additional steps to avoid salmonella after making the dish.

      Check the description box for details, this was 3/8 cup olive oil and 3/8 cup vegetable oil.

    You seem confused. It's a food processor, just dump everything in, including the oil. The "add slowly" technique is only for mortar and pestol.

    Jesus Christ, all I need to know is the lemon to oil ratio. this pisses me off. how much oil????
