This is why I don't base getting a game on reviews, because I really enjoyed this. So, if it's a game that interest you, try it for yourself.

This review is not Very good. The game is, however. It takes a lot more creativity to create this game than it does for this guy to try to rip it apart!!

I've enjoyed the first several hours of it. But maybe I look past it's blemishes due to my love of stopmotion/claymation stuff and point and click adventures.

What's the point of making a lot of beautiful stop-motion sets and then digitizing them so they just look like cgi anyway? I'd rather see something with the original sets those artists put so much work into creating.

yeah it's once again an simple example that graphics are not important if the gameplay sucks... too bad cos the artistic direction is really awesome.

Just finished the game, and I don't think that this was a fair review. The only thing that I agree with the reviewer is the point and click system, a little buggy, but the other aspect of the game like dialogue and character development are in my opinion pretty good and I've been playing mostly point and click games the last five years. The dialogues are full of information that has to do with the plot and clues for solving puzzles, you have to pay attention to these. If you are a Fortnite head, this game is not for you, if you are interested in time and space travel and a little of Physics talk and Mysteries I strongly recommend this game.

Why do people who hate point and click adventures feel compelled to pitchfork & torch every single new title that's released? It's pathological. I don't see reviewers stage takedowns of other niche genres like sports games. It's like they feel left out of the category of 'adventure' because they hate puzzles, so they want to use their influence to terrorize devs into making only action games. Totally bizarre. Just read the comments. Who stalks a genre they idiosyncratically despise, and makes the extra effort to comment in order to let the world know how much they despise it? It's completely mental.

Sounds like a talented art & set design team without a good writer to use their work thoughtfully & and to its potential. Or maybe a team that was really far more into the design aspects of video game development than the construction of gameplay mechanics. Either way -- there is obviously some serious talent here. The sets & overall aesthetic of Truberbrook are capitivating -- Its too bad they werent able to devise a more fun way of using them.

I bought the game a few days ago because it was on sale. I can agree with you for the most part. I would say that half of the puzzles are sometimes too easy. The other half is very illogical. Also, the story is very short. In the end I wasn't sure if it was even better because the game was a bit "uninspired". In my eyes, the developers have made too little out of the very beautiful art style.
