I have a question. I have a Volvo V50 2.0D from 2004, the veru first version. It's pretty weard. It's a basic audiosystem, only 1 cd (not for 6). It has no aux. BUT in the left on the trunk there's an amplifier.
My main question is, if I get Bluetooth with your system, how does it works in reality? Connectivity?

If I be called, something appears on the screen?
And another question. Do you think it is possible to go from bssic (sound realy sucks😮) to a high performance audio?

Hello, my volvo v50 is from 2006, on the front control panel I only have a cd button and fm-am, how would I select the auxiliary input to be heard? Thank you
This is CD emulator so you would need to press CD button

Fitted the module as per the instructions and it’s doesn’t work. Tindie website isn’t working either. Any ideas? Everything fitted correctly as per this video.

Is there some solution (mod kit) to replace CD drive (to pull it out) and in its place to put board that will act as a aux and/or SD card /USB reader or similar?
You know I don`t really use CD`s any more and i have more than 1TB in mp3`s 320kbps music on my computer so i will love to mod. tis CD of my aux-less Volvo V50 in to something usable....
I was thinking of makeing CD slot in to plugs for microSD USB and aux. And NOT to bother whit spinning CD with silence just to use CD input as aux...
It will be better not to bother with that and much better if I am able to see name of the song playing on usb/sd, like I was playing a CD...

Does this work with 2004 s40 with no ‘mode’ button from factory? I have one that has cd, am/fm. does this chip work as a bypass for the CD player ? Thank you
Hello, yes this module is made for cars that do not have mode button. It acts as CD simulator.

hey i just ordered this an installed it but i hear no audio
i tried putting a disk in because it said there was no disc and that didn’t work it just started playing the cd
also my phone recognizes it has headphones output but nothing played
should i use a blank Cd?
