If you mean in general, this was before the big update, so the textures might be different. But if you mean to develop the picture, you just click the light switch. It should be by the door on the wall somewhere
If they still don’t develop after putting the water, you could try leaving the game and coming back in. It usually takes a few seconds to develop, so waiting a bit could also fix the problem

You do have to take pictures of the same things as me to finish that level, but taking different pictures before that won’t hurt anything
