If you mean in general, this was before the big update, so the textures might be different. But if you mean to develop the picture, you just click the light switch. It should be by the door on the wall somewhere

After you make the shirt (or any clothing item), you go back to the same page you were at where it says to upload your asset. You scroll down then click on the clothing you made. You should see an option around the bottom that says “on sale”. Click on that. It will cost you 10 robust though
