- Causes us to recognize God, our brothers and sisters, and ourselves
- Helps us mature in the Spirit
Psalm 133:1-3 says...
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing- Life forevermore.”

Jesus said if you have faith as a mustard seed you will say to the mountain move from here to there with out doubting and it will move and nothing will be impossible to those who believe
Unity is a good thing. But for those of "us" whose family lived ones continue to be targeted&taken out clearly, at some "point" you have to question the "spirit of the unity" if "they" genuinely don't want "U" in their "unity"?..!..? TMc
What happened to if someone has harmed you. Go to him take 2 witnesses with you and tell him/her how they have hurt you and if they reconcile with you, then forgive them. Matthew 18:15. This oh be the door mat, let them wipe their muddy boots on you is pathetic. There is a human need to feel heard and receive an appology for hurtful behavior, and it means growth for both sides. So tired of this weak sermon, saying be a weakling. Jesus ripped into people who were offensive. He corrected them publicly. There is a time for differing situations th be handled in a way you know, because it is you taking the unjust treatment. Jesus has got your back.
