Flowerfell At the start, Feisk carries flowey with him/ her. Every time him/her dies a flower appears on her body since this is mixed with underfell she will die a lot if too many flowers appear on her/his body he/her will die
Aftertale - Sans meets another Sans from a genocide timeline some how after the human slices him he gets transported to this void thing idk He soon finds out part of his soul is missing from the genoaide Sans or geno Sans .
Imparied- In this it seems like a normal time line but soon papyrus goes missing he alerts grillby and the others He soon finds papyrus is at waterfall at the bottom of a rock thing cliff? Sans finds that papyrus has his skull missing both of his eyes are gone. This hit me hard
Out of all of these, IMPAIRED IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MADE ME CRY!!!

I made up an AU and if it was a real AU it would be on this list here's the story:
BROKENTALE
Papyrus captures the human(yaaaay) and joined the Royal gaurd(YAAAAAAY!!!)
Not to long toreil finds out and attacks sans that's why the sans in this AU is called broken promise sans
Toreil attacked sans with all she got making sans bleed and even he's arm to come off
Papyrus tried to protect sans but killed toreil and absorbs her soul but didn't mean to

Flowerfell really hits your heart, Its a really depressing game, The Flowerfell creator was getting death threats by people, The Creator was really broke, I hate those people, In patreon, people found a glitch, They promised to donate 10$, To the creator of flowerfell, But they deleted their accounts before they donated 10$, Its horrible, They promised to donate to a broken man, I really feel bad for the creator of the flowerfell.

I Cried During The Story And The Song “Secret Garden”
I've seen the one where papyrus fell down that ditch thing before I think I flooded the galaxy
The flowerfell one made me cry 😢
Secret garden I can't stop hearing the song
Underline's saddest moment is that Chara starts to become a monster as Asriel tries to figure things out (from what i've seen)
Flowerfell's saddest moment is that Sans wants Frisk to become a better person Bu Frisk is already consumed by darkness but in the end Frisk dies (from what i've seen) so Flowerfell sans is Papyrus
Aftertale's saddest moment (this one is from the comic as a whole not from the video only that is only because I am a bit biased towards Aftertale but also that is because Geno Sans is a important part of the story) After the genocide route Sans ended up in the save screen with Frisk so they tried to get other Sans's to stop Chara until one Sans slowly figures things out as tries to stop Chara and Papyrus tries to help out Sans
Impaired saddest moment in is that Papyrus tries to free Sans but dies in a brutal way (seriously that is a brutal way to go out also from what I have seen)
Sorry if I gave Aftertale a unfair advantage its hard not for me to know and say more of Aftertale its just that Aftertale is the first Undertale AU I have known so its hard for me not to be biased
Sorry for some of the mistypes and being biased towards Aftertale

I havent watched it yet, because imma say this so i dont forget it later, but if I would chose 3rd saddest, I would have chosen GLITCHTALE. Because in season two, everything is getting dark. Full if fear. And many beloved characters dies. Im not going to spoil anything. See for yourselves!
