4 MBTA F40PH-2Cs Say Farewell to Massachusetts on CSX L002

Last summer, I grabbed CSX L002 heading west through Ashland with one of the larger batches of F40PH-2Cs being sent west to rebuild. These F40s were enroute to Wabtec's/MPI's plant in Erie are rebuilding into the F40PH-3C
