So much went wrong in that game. Players playing like it’s a useless friendly. Jimmy’s starting 11 and sub choices were very questionable. These players have zero fight and hunger. Almost like a mental block against the USA. The entire nation needs an update. Nothing has really changed in the past 2 years except managers. We need new players, better development, and stop allowing Liga MX influence decisions in the Federation. Also, for the situation we’re in, the 4-3-3 and tactics must go. We rely on our wingers when our choices on the wing aren’t the best. We also lack creativity in the midfield and in the overall attack. Doesn’t matter who starts at striker, with this formation/tactics, they will never have a chance at scoring.
Sadly it's a two edge sword in my opinion to Mexico's downfall...Liga MX pays really well many times to what players can make in Europe...so why go to Europe to challenge themselves. Where here in the U.S...MLS players don't make nearly what they can make in Europe so they strive to leave MLS and prove themselves on the biggest stages while also making more money
