Joe's pressure and hand speed kept Hopkins back peddling all night long
Joes threw a lot of punches and Hopkins was on defensive mode throughout the fight.

I'm a huge wrestling fan and I know the moves Bernard pulled with throwing down the PR flag... He could have really gotten killed ... Wrestlers always say that PR is the most dangerous and violent place to wrestle!

Umm Reread what I said!!! I'm saying Bernard got a lot of PR fans pissed off due to him throwing down their flag!!! Like I said its a lot like how the bad guys act in wrestling to piss off the fans so they get pissed off and will pay good money to want to see him get his butt kicked at the next show!!! It's all about promoting!!!

Old age does gives a boxer an edge. Maybe not for too long, but it does indeed

Toney would lose to joe cause joes footwork and hand speed would give toney problems. Think joe would beat jones in his prime as well even though jones had great hand speed , joes footwork is better than jones and would move around giving him different angles that would keep jones guessing

Andre Ward beats both Joe Calzaghe and James Toney

LOL, Toney's counterpunching and power would make Joe hesitant with his pitty pat punches

Toney is the most skilled middleweight on the inside but he lacks footwork and conditioning. Jones was the best and fastest outfighter, with a left hook faster than other people's jab but he never kept in top shape to stay that fast.
Hopkins was the best boxer as far as ring iq and strategy, then Ward with a very similar style.
Joe was the better all around fighter, who can win any exchange on the inside or outside if the opponent tries to make it a toe to toe brawl.
