I have the same set up ryzen 5 5600x and 3060ti I play 1440p I usally set fps to 60 and set quality preset to balanced and upscale quality to balance as well seems pretty decent with those settings but if anyone knows better settings for even better performance let me know.
You can always lower every setting but other optimizations like in windows settings doesnt do much. You can watch my video about nvidia control panel optimization it can sometimes improve some performance
@FramesSmith I just dropped the in game settings down 1 more and seems everything is running under 50c for gpu and cpu after 6 hours of continuous play so I think it's solid now

I like the game very much, but it's a pity that on my RTX 3060Ti I can forget about playing at 60fps
Possible that someday they'll fix the optimization because this game should run on a potato, but currently it requires more than Cyberpunk in 2k
