I did hear we had 4 more movies coming and there's reports Hori is planning to have the guy who wrote the team mission as his successors so I'll wait til we get confirmation.
The last Heroic deed wasnt done by anyone with a quirk. It was done by one who had learned a simple lesson. We live life moment by moment, It is important to choose to be kind even in hard moments.
I love the scene between Izuku and Ochako in this chapter. I don't see it as an explicitly "romantic" scene, it's more of an intimate scene. (I think the romance will come more next chapter)
Horikoshi mentioned that All Mights' eyes represented himself. His life has, in a way, darkened him, but there is still a light that never goes out. The eyes we see in the shadows. His eyes looking more normal may mean he is finally healing mentally and emotionally.

Like obviously even if she did survive she should be held accountable for her actions, and her saving Ochako doesn't nullify that. The significance of her saving Ochako tho is that she views the drinking of blood as her own expression of love that no one ever accepted, and that her smile creeped everyone out. Seeing Ochako accept it to the point that she offered a lifetimes supply of blood just so that she could talk to her, and even compliments her smile, Toga felt compelled to reevaluate how she expresses her love/affection/care for Ochako; saving her life by giving her blood at the expense of her own love. It doesn't put toga in the clear, it just shows how broken of a person she was at the end of the day...

People often think about how the villains quirks could've helped for hero work if the world was simply kinder to them, but think about how usefull toga's quirk could be in regards to blood transfusion, she would've been so helpfull in the medical department, since inorder to transfuse her blood with someone she'd have to consume it, it would feed her bloodlust whilist also saving people in desprate need of transfusions. The biggest win win scenario (but then again she also could've made a killer underground hero using her quirk to infiltrate hideouts)
i think the whole bloodlust thing was a mental issue, one her parents failed to address and instead did the opposite that sent her down the rabbit. Japan is notoriously known for how they poorly treat people with mental health issues and i think Toga is a stand in for that.
Toga's issue is that she wanted to kill people. No amount of kindness would have stopped that. Yeah, her quirk was useful, but at the end of the day, a serial killer is a serial killer. Horikoshi trying to blame society for that is just...childish and ignorant from a writing standpoint.
Izucho is such a wholesome ship. I hope for nothing but the best. Good for the lady to help thst poor guy. Learning from her mistakes is a good thing. Class A looking to the future which is good. Society is changing, but were still a long ways from major impacts happening. It'll be years before we see the true impact of Dekus works, but we're getting there.

There are a ridiculous amount of callbacks to All Might’s “I am here.” This chapter included. First, “I am here,” as it’s always said by All Might, then “we are here” by the UA students during the final battle against All For One, and now “Granny is here.” Laying the catchphrase on a bit thick, huh?

Horikoshi is showing that All Might isn't the only one who 'is here' now - that it's become a calling for anyone, hero or not, to be there for others and that society has changed for the better because anyone is now 'here'. He's doubling down because there are idiots out there who _wouldn't_ understand the message. Keep in mind that it's also a manga for younger audiences who likely haven't read a great many literary works or experienced a lot of the world, so need the message pushed to prominence in order to fully get what he wants to say - that we don't need to be heroes to be here for people who need help and that sometimes just _anyone_ being here for someone is enough to change the course of their life. He wants to make it clear so there's no way to misconstrue the message he's sending.

Most likely the last chapter will mostly be an epilogue chapter. It will probably not be them being fully adults but maybe them in there first few years out of UA and show what route everyone took. Where we are then seen watching Deku’s father come into play by maybe come from a part were he is either introducing Ochico to his mother (as his girlfriend or fiancé) and he enters to see his father there explaining that he has been dealing with a secret threat unknown to them till now that will be the ending plot to keep them going forward. Or, they will go visit his grave; indicating that why he was not around due to possibly a villain that Deku vows to one day find and defeat along side everyone.

I think because since the story did drop some hints either being deku x ochako Or deku nature of one for all right now Aren't fully explored or explained and focused on stuff that isn't really necessary The chapter is fine but these two questions definitely needed a clear answer
As an IzuOcha shipper since I started watching the show a year and a half ago, I was very satisfied with the chapter. Idk if a confession would have made sense given the trauma Ochako had to let out. Izuku telling Ochako, "You are my hero" is gonna go down as one of my favorite lines in the series. Ochako is my favorite character. Izuku's recollection of how she's saved him countless times gave me all the feels. It was good to see her get that recognition especially from him. I'm thinking next chapter we'll either get a confession scene or a time skip to showing them as a couple. That plot line does have to get resolved since it's been a part of the series since the very start. Horikoshi did a good job wrapping up the plot lines (still kinda confusing Izuku's dad is still unresolved). I'm very curious as to how he'll tackle the last chapter.

I have nothing against the Izuocha ship and hopefully they do end up a thing, but too many people are hating on the ending of MHA for that alone. There's still been plenty of romantic implications throughout the series so even if there's no epic, "I love you and I know you're the person I want to share all of my happiness and heartache with for the rest of my life!" followed by a monumental kiss, it doesn't mean they're not still getting together. Some authors just prefer to let the fans draw their own conclusions for what might've happened after. Even if it doesn't explicitly state it in the story, they could've still ended up married with children.
Yeah but he layed it too thic and didn't give it a proper ending, there where whole chapters on her comping to the realization that she loves him and all that just to get a "You are my hero" and the class to interrupt the moment, it would have been better if that moment was theirs alone, but nah the class always need to interrupt and all the chapter i read about her realizing her love meant nothing.

This was one of the best chapters of MHA. And sold the general lesson of the series that small actions are needed to prevent people from spiraling. That anyone can be a hero to someone and not to just rely on authority figures. You can be a hero.
We see a panel showing One For All’s embers as Deku smiles as his fist. When Bakugo asks if the embers are still there since he’s already used it, the young man confirms it is. Deku then narrates, “OFA was completed through the heroism of many people. Now, if we can all create something together…” This could be a hint that Deku still has One For All after all, at least the core of it.
Well if you kill thousand of people including heroes and at your last breath you saves the person whom you were trying to kill it doesn't change the fact that the families of other Victims will forgive her
Yeah, that's true. I think Ochaco and Deku are too charitable towards Toga and Shiggy, but they've always been like that. Trying to save everyone, even villains.
I don't think that's the point though. It's more of a case study of "these worst of worst villains are a product of our society, so let's change what produced them. Forgiveness for the crimes was never in the options, it's just how best can we move forward and prevent something like this from happening again

Definitely a lot of missed potential. MHA deserves at least 10 more chapters, like half of the characters in the story have not appeared yet in the epilogue. Feels very rushed, especially with the relationship between Deku and Uraraka. Also want to see who ends up with who, if you know what I mean.
I feel the opposite, they are dragging it out but dragging it out with random side characters no one cares about. I can’t imagine the last season of MHA anime being well received given how dragged out and stale it feels in the manga to me. To be fair it is kind of the norm for shonen manga / anime to have mediocre - terrible endings. It’s like a comic book author trying to all of a sudden turn into a romantic novel writer and that is often their biggest weaknesses is writing romantic relationships. I prefer the more abrupt open ended endings bc of this. I think demon slayer did a great job for example with their approach to their ending (it was both open ended and also demonstrated romantic relationship outcomes more or less).
I have an idea. Its a wield one but stay with me. How about... not making a my hero 2 and let the series die like it should💀 a series doesnt always need to be dragged out forever as the series is already dragged out for way too long. Vig is already getting an adaption and that is more than enough

Maybe the last chapter might set up for a mha sequel series, even with the series coming to an end, it still feels like there’s something more as not every thread has been tied up. I love mha, so I’d be very happy if we get a sequel series perhaps focusing on new characters but having class 2A play supporting/mentor roles to the new mc, but even if we don’t the main mha story is a great ride I’m glad to be on to its conclusion
OK hear me out ON MY THEORY AND ANALYSIS :- As we know Deku was a quirkless kid which lead me to believe that Tenko was also quirkless. (in the manga there was a panel including Tenko's mom talking to a tall black figure which is supposedly has to be AFO) this shows that Deku and Shigiraki represent both opposite use of power as Deku got his quirk from pure justice while Shigiraki got it from pure evil. even in the manga its said that it was AFO's plan all along, that Tenko was destined to kill his family with his quirk that AFO gave him. so it clearly means that even if the grandma did help him (providing him shelter) AFO would just come searching for Shigiraki meaning he would've murdered her to have achieve his goal of toying with Tenko. AFO just let shigi roam on the cities alone to give him proof that how cruel the world can be and a pure reason for hatred. so in my opinion, the lady deciding to help the kid made her to move on from her regret , not be killed and be able to save a life and honestly i'd love to see this child be the next user of OFA aka DEKU successor or even the kid deku telling the whole story too #################################################################################### thnx for reading all that, i believe horikoshis writing is truly amazing!!
I don’t get why ppl are hating the ending, just because the ending wasn’t perfect like how they’re expected, it’s doesn’t make it a bad ending rather I liked the flaw and development in a different perspective it show in the end honestly.

My prediction for final chapter is that there'll be a timeskip and the secret 'villain' is going to be shown briefly as a hero before shifting to focus on 1-A. I think it would be a good way to show that Deku/Ochako don't need to be there to stop someone from being a villain, others are stepping up.
Horikoshi really made mha so good while people argue that theres no consequences in this they are dead wrong one thing lingers and that is scars each character has scars like the quote says “ our wounds have healed but the pain is still there” its a running theme I reliezed
Deku’s dad is probably just unimportant to the story, it’s really just some of the fans that are hyping him up for no real reason. The most I really see being done with him is that he shows up at the end maybe making a joke about missing everything.
The story came full circle and evolved. Initially, it was about I, I am here, that one person must save the world. It evolved into we, we are here, as all of society saves the world. Quite poetic.

Maybe having OFA would grant him superhuman physiology even after loosing it ? Shigaraki even without quirks was physically in the same ball park as All Might due to genetic modifications.

@@seandent3732 as much as I could understand from all the material we've gotten on Prime All Might or the All Might when he was still in UA. He lost that form due to injury, he didn't actually have a transformation before fighting AFO, that was just his normal body. Just like Deku.

@@greengem9132 Idk about moat people but for me Toga saving Ochako doesn't make her in the clear at all. Like obviously even if she did survive she should be held accountable for her actions, and her saving Ochako doesn't nullify that. The significance of her saving Ochako tho is that she views the drinking of blood as her own expression of love that no one ever accepted, and that her smile creeped everyone out. Seeing Ochako accept it to the point that she offered a lifetimes supply of blood just so that she could talk to her, and even compliments her smile, Toga felt compelled to reevaluate how she expresses her love/affection/care for Ochako; saving her life by giving her blood at the expense of her own love. It doesn't put toga in the clear, it just shows how broken of a person she was at the end of the day...

People often think about how the villains quirks could've helped for hero work if the world was simply kinder to them, but think about how usefull toga's quirk could be in regards to blood transfusion, she would've been so helpfull in the medical department, since inorder to transfuse her blood with someone she'd have to consume it, it would feed her bloodlust whilist also saving people in desprate need of transfusions. The biggest win win scenario (but then again she also could've made a killer underground hero using her quirk to infiltrate hideouts)
i think the whole bloodlust thing was a mental issue, one her parents failed to address and instead did the opposite that sent her down the rabbit. Japan is notoriously known for how they poorly treat people with mental health issues and i think Toga is a stand in for that.
Toga's issue is that she wanted to kill people. No amount of kindness would have stopped that. Yeah, her quirk was useful, but at the end of the day, a serial killer is a serial killer. Horikoshi trying to blame society for that is just...childish and ignorant from a writing standpoint.

There are a ridiculous amount of callbacks to All Might’s “I am here.” This chapter included. First, “I am here,” as it’s always said by All Might, then “we are here” by the UA students during the final battle against All For One, and now “Granny is here.” Laying the catchphrase on a bit thick, huh?

Horikoshi is showing that All Might isn't the only one who 'is here' now - that it's become a calling for anyone, hero or not, to be there for others and that society has changed for the better because anyone is now 'here'. He's doubling down because there are idiots out there who _wouldn't_ understand the message.
Keep in mind that it's also a manga for younger audiences who likely haven't read a great many literary works or experienced a lot of the world, so need the message pushed to prominence in order to fully get what he wants to say - that we don't need to be heroes to be here for people who need help and that sometimes just _anyone_ being here for someone is enough to change the course of their life.

Most likely the last chapter will mostly be an epilogue chapter. It will probably not be them being fully adults but maybe them in there first few years out of UA and show what route everyone took. Where we are then seen watching Deku’s father come into play by maybe come from a part were he is either introducing Ochico to his mother (as his girlfriend or fiancé) and he enters to see his father there explaining that he has been dealing with a secret threat unknown to them till now that will be the ending plot to keep them going forward. Or, they will go visit his grave; indicating that why he was not around due to possibly a villain that
Deku vows to one day find and defeat along side everyone.

As an IzuOcha shipper since I started watching the show a year and a half ago, I was very satisfied with the chapter. Idk if a confession would have made sense given the trauma Ochako had to let out. Izuku telling Ochako, "You are my hero" is gonna go down as one of my favorite lines in the series. Ochako is my favorite character. Izuku's recollection of how she's saved him countless times gave me all the feels. It was good to see her get that recognition especially from him.
I'm thinking next chapter we'll either get a confession scene or a time skip to showing them as a couple. That plot line does have to get resolved since it's been a part of the series since the very start.
Horikoshi did a good job wrapping up the plot lines (still kinda confusing Izuku's dad is still unresolved). I'm very curious as to how he'll tackle the last chapter.

I have nothing against the Izuocha ship and hopefully they do end up a thing, but too many people are hating on the ending of MHA for that alone. There's still been plenty of romantic implications throughout the series so even if there's no epic, "I love you and I know you're the person I want to share all of my happiness and heartache with for the rest of my life!" followed by a monumental kiss, it doesn't mean they're not still getting together. Some authors just prefer to let the fans draw their own conclusions for what might've happened after. Even if it doesn't explicitly state it in the story, they could've still ended up married with children.
Yeah but he layed it too thic and didn't give it a proper ending, there where whole chapters on her comping to the realization that she loves him and all that just to get a "You are my hero" and the class to interrupt the moment, it would have been better if that moment was theirs alone, but nah the class always need to interrupt and all the chapter i read about her realizing her love meant nothing.

This was one of the best chapters of MHA. And sold the general lesson of the series that small actions are needed to prevent people from spiraling. That anyone can be a hero to someone and not to just rely on authority figures. You can be a hero.

We see a panel showing One For All’s embers as Deku smiles as his fist. When Bakugo asks if the embers are still there since he’s already used it, the young man confirms it is. Deku then narrates, “OFA was completed through the heroism of many people. Now, if we can all create something together…” This could be a hint that Deku still has One For All after all, at least the core of it.
If you notice, Deku and Ochaco are just the heroic form of Toga and Shigaraki. Both of their character designs look similar too.
She saved him from hitting the ground when they first met and even gave him his hero name. She's literally been his "hero" from day one.

Definitely a lot of missed potential. MHA deserves at least 10 more chapters, like half of the characters in the story have not appeared yet in the epilogue. Feels very rushed, especially with the relationship between Deku and Uraraka. Also want to see who ends up with who, if you know what I mean.

I feel the opposite, they are dragging it out but dragging it out with random side characters no one cares about. I can’t imagine the last season of MHA anime being well received given how dragged out and stale it feels in the manga to me. To be fair it is kind of the norm for shonen manga / anime to have mediocre - terrible endings. It’s like a comic book author trying to all of a sudden turn into a romantic novel writer and that is often their biggest weaknesses is writing romantic relationships. I prefer the more abrupt open ended endings bc of this. I think demon slayer did a great job for example with their approach to their ending (it was both open ended and also demonstrated romantic relationship outcomes more or less).

I love mha, so I’d be very happy if we get a sequel series perhaps focusing on new characters but having class 2A play supporting/mentor roles to the new mc, but even if we don’t the main mha story is a great ride I’m glad to be on to its conclusion

OK hear me out ON MY THEORY AND ANALYSIS :-
As we know Deku was a quirkless kid which lead me to believe that Tenko was also quirkless. (in the manga there was a panel including Tenko's mom talking to a tall black figure which is supposedly has to be AFO)
this shows that Deku and Shigiraki represent both opposite use of power as Deku got his quirk from pure justice while Shigiraki got it from pure evil.
even in the manga its said that it was AFO's plan all along, that Tenko was destined to kill his family with his quirk that AFO gave him.
so it clearly means that even if the grandma did help him (providing him shelter) AFO would just come searching for Shigiraki meaning he would've murdered her to have achieve his goal of toying with Tenko. AFO just let shigi roam on the cities alone to give him proof that how cruel the world can be and a pure reason for hatred.
so in my opinion, the lady deciding to help the kid made her to move on from her regret , not be killed and be able to save a life
and honestly i'd love to see this child be the next user of OFA aka DEKU successor or even the kid deku telling the whole story too

My prediction for final chapter is that there'll be a timeskip and the secret 'villain' is going to be shown briefly as a hero before shifting to focus on 1-A. I think it would be a good way to show that Deku/Ochako don't need to be there to stop someone from being a villain, others are stepping up.

Deku’s dad is probably just unimportant to the story, it’s really just some of the fans that are hyping him up for no real reason. The most I really see being done with him is that he shows up at the end maybe making a joke about missing everything.
The story came full circle and evolved. Initially, it was about I, I am here, that one person must save the world. It evolved into we, we are here, as all of society saves the world. Quite poetic.
It's confirmed, we're not getting Deku's dad. Even if we do, it'll be extremely rushed. What's even worse is, Deku would be quirkless again even before he becomes a pro hero.

Shigaraki even without quirks was physically in the same ball park as All Might due to genetic modifications.

@@seandent3732 as much as I could understand from all the material we've gotten on Prime All Might or the All Might when he was still in UA. He lost that form due to injury, he didn't actually have a transformation before fighting AFO, that was just his normal body. Just like Deku.
@@SiegfriedFafnirsbane I hope so, I just want him to have some sort of a powerful quirk so that he can actually become a pro hero. This was supposed to be the story of how he became the number 1 hero.
I really hope we get to see more about that random potential villian kid, they better tell us what his overpowered quirk was
