Hello ma'am Are there job opportunities available after studying LLM from abroad as i have graduated from India and completed my LL.B in India.. Please help me out with this.
Preparing stuffs for application will take a year pragya m'am said..so can you plz give details about what are various steps along with how much time each steps will take
Ma'am, as Pragya ma'am said one should try to get 60% or above in their LLB , however I have heard that it is very hard to score 60% or above in faculty of law , DU, as the Professors are parsimonious in giving marks. Kindly clear the doubt , how many students are able secure 60% or above in their LLB from DU? Thanks
Talking specifically about DU. That is absolutely true that getting above 60% is hard in DU, but then, it is not impossible! If you are thorough with the concepts and with the cases and understand the 'art of answer writing' then trust me, my dear friend, securing good marks is not that difficult. The percentage of students getting more than 60% might be less in DU, reason being, they already know where they want to land, and thus they work towards that goal. So it completely depends on your ultimate goal and hard + smart work. Another point, if god forbids, you are a % or two less than what you must've wanted to achieve, you can always give improvement exams. They always help.
@@lawpretation-byananya571 if I can trouble you with another silly question, could you please tell me about any other prest law college or university where it is easier to score marks than DU? Because after llb I want to do llm from abroad.
Hey Ma'am I want to pursue LLM from Uk in next year i.e 2022. Can you please guide me about the process like about the application process and when we have to give ilets exam before applying for LLM or after getting admission offer.
Hello. For your specific question, I'll try and make a video soon on this topic, because there are many things to say which is difficult to put here on the comments itself.
Its a great time to build your CV for llm from abroad. Indulge in internships at good places, have a good work experience with good grades at college too (this is important) then apart from this focus on the specialization that you want to opt and work towards that (eg. Work with human rights commission or with advocates working on those lines, etc if you want to pursue your llm in human rights) Also, try and make your CV a little distinct, that will give you an edge. Plus, also get your paper published so that, that is also an add on.
Ma’am, Is there any entrance exam for LL.M from abroad and what’s a good score for it? Pragya Ma’am didn’t say anything about entrance. Please help me out with this.
I don't think there is any entrance test like we have here. But you need to give IELTS or TOEFL to prove your English proficiency and in furtherance you need to prepare a good proposal (that is nothing less than an exam, infact tougher than that) where you need to prove your credibility to enter the particular college.
