Can the one who gets diploma from Australia TAFE university apply graduate work stream visa ? If not, can PR be applied during staying with another visa for studying another course after diploma ?

It's depends of what visa you are in like overseas migration or student visa. I came as a student after finishing my masters here which is 2years and after within 3 years I got my pr. So maximum 5years time I got my pr.
If you have 3 to 4 year experience in the same field it's better you will get extra points, for me when I came as a student I didn't had any experience the course which is studied.

@@anasbru414 yes exactly because you have to understand one thing every course which comes under skilled occupation list, the points may vary so the more points you gathered the more propablity to get invitation under expression of interest.

Yes i didnt left Australia till i got my pr bcoz that time i dont wanaa take any chance
