Good morning PawPaw. I feel a bit better today. Trying to recover from the last week. My mom turned 90, so after her home party I took her to the mountains to meet up with her nieces who all live near Dallas. It was the hottest week ever. First, I got so sore trying to pack and load and then drive. Then, something hit me mid trip and I came home with pneumonia. I'm still wheezing. My mom turned 90 one day and went Ziplining the next day. Yes, she really did. Wonder Woman! She drove most of the way back when I could no longer drive and started coughing so bad. She had a good time. We were all exhausted from the heat though. I'm blessed she is still so young for her age. I'm sorry PawPaw, this comment was all about my week. You are doing so well cleaning and clearing out unused stuff. I'm so proud of you. 💕

Good Wednesday morning PawPaw. Poor Little Kippie may never learn that she isn't the big dog on Morrow Hill. I hope she feels better very soon and will stay away from Jake's dogs after this has happened. I simply do not know who you may spoil the most when it comes to those grandchildren or your many fur babies including that huge baby Mosses. I will be so happy for you when all this work has been completely finished and your life can get back to normal again. I am looking forward to seeing the end result of the work that you and Kim are getting ready to begin. Kim is truly an amazing woman and is really to be commended for the way she has raised Levi and has taught him to be more dependent on himself but yet remains so very calm and nurturing when he should have difficulties fully being capable of doing some of the things she wants him to learn. Although she is a wonderful mother to all her kids it is Levi which has earned her so much respect from me. I admire her so very much and wish that we didn't live so very far apart because I know we could be great friends and do so many projects together. Morning pawpaw, I sure hope Kippy is doing ok , he’s so small and those big dogs could really hurt him bad , poor little guy !! I’m glad your getting your new kitchen plans together , you might want a door going out into the pavilion also to make it easier to go out under cover to the grill , to the man cave area and out back to sit with Heidi more conveniently , but I’m sure you will do what’s best for your comings and going’s to your different areas , and it will be very nice whatever you decide to do !! I know you can’t wait to get it done , you might also put either a piece of plexiglass glass over the subdue frame in the old time kitchen to Keep your cool and heat in since it will all be open , you know they have air conditioning units that have both heat and cool , I use to have one and they work great ! Gigis little puppy sure is adorable and I love her coloring !! I hope you have a blessed day pawpaw stay cool as possible , it’s really hot everywhere it’s been in the 90’s here in Ohio also suppose to be 98 later this week , climate change is really playing havoc isn’t it !! Paw paw, I love how you keep a liitle of your familly history when you spoke of your parents and grandparents kitchen. I have almost nothing of mine, but the memories of taking tub baths in the kitchen with water ladled out of the reserve on the side of the wood burning stove and giggling to make sure the boys and men were nowhere in sight make me smile. My sister was scared to go out during the night to the outhouse and wouldn't use the chamber pot, so I had to run across the cool dew covered grass with her. Small memories and nothing left after all these years, but the memories are priceless. Maybe I will write them down for my family to share when I am gone. My children really aren't interested, but who knows in generations to come. I talk to my soster, but. I think sometimes her memories are a little different than mine😊

PawPaw, I’m sorry to hear that Kippy has gotten hurt. I had a chihuahua mix that would do the same thing….if a big dog crossed her, she was on them like a bee on honey! Thankfully, she never got hurt. The cleanup/clean out you and Ben are doing is really coming along….you’ll be so proud to have it all done. I’m also excited to see that your Mancave rebuild is on the top of the list, too!
