I appreciate that you showed us in detail all that you did to produce this beautiful hair style. I have a tapered cut similar to yours on my 4c salt and pepper hair. I have Ben using similar sized perm rods, but you showed me some great tips on getting better results.
Before I mention those, I want to add how great it is that you use a minimal amount of products, as I insist should be the case. Including a foam wrap lotion very much like you.
Thanks for explaining the importance of using oil in the takedown. I'll be doing that from now on. Also, I have been searching for tips on how to get a lovely part. The fact that you do a cornrows for that is a revelation. I wish I could learn to do this neatly. Any advice on an easier, alternative technique would be helpful.
