🤯 I wish someone could just sit with me and help me with international sales. I’m not that savvy with regular Shopify.

Hi there, great video. I'd like to know how to configure different stocks for products regarding the markets. Basically, I'd like to have separately stocks for markets so people in US can see the stock for US and people in COL will see the stock for that market.

I loved the video, easy to understand. I am interested in creating my online store from Honduras, but I wonder how to get my products to other countries or how I could sell in my country and abroad is it possible?

So while not being on the advanced plan, for the taxes and duties. Do I just leave it alone and start selling to other countries or should I manually set it up for each one? US is easy because of the threshold for each state but I'm having trouble researching this for other countries.

This is a bit confusing because I sell my content in 7 countries, and I switched on "let each country use their own currency"... then Shoppify added their selection box down near the footer in my store (and up the top in the main menu... so are you saying that my buyers automatically see my content in a sub-domain for their country and currency...?
Or are you saying that I need to buy domains to point to their pages? Can you please clarify with a screen walk-through?

Hey there, thanks for the video!
    Just a question please.
You mentioned @3:45 that you could customise store front content, ex.: different heros for different markets. Are you currently able to accomplish this? I'm not seeing any way to go about this, and shopify support doesnt have any answers for me too.
    Thanks so much in advanced!

Hi Please can you kindly help? I am new to selling on Shopify, When I update the website under the default market, the Uk market version does not update. Actually I don’t want a different website for different country as my business is only for service in the Uk. Can you tell me how I can turn this feature off?

Is there support for displaying different content within your theme by market? I don't mean just translations, but localised sections/content for different markets?

    • @itouchB0Y
      @itouchB0Y 4 месяца назад

You can do this within the theme editor. By default it will say “default” - click that and select the country you want to edit and there you go

Thanks for the info on the apps. Is geolocation app preferred to a T lab etc which also has a currency/country selector? And secondly, would you advice for/against grouping countries? Like Oceania, Europe etc.

Hi, i an running a shopify store from North America but almost all of my indian customer are not able to make payments in the checkout using their indian bank credit cards, is it a problem with my shopify payments or do i need to register my store as an e-commerce business to solve that problem? Please help

Yeah but there's the brick wall of pricing currency: Most countries are not allowed to adapt the selling currency to the currency of the market. So if your Shopify is based on your business and address in Dubai, you are stuck with pricing in AED and you can't change that currency - so you'll need your customers in the US or Canada or UK to understand that AED currency and the conversion rate. If anyone knows a workaround let me know - I've been looking.

    • @nassimabed

@@annaavdeeva7768 no. I found a solution since that comment. There is an app on the Shopify app store that solves this well. I forgot the name now.

No you can use MVeda currency switcher to display prices in each country’s currency. At checkout the currency reverts to store currency. But it works.
