Marella Explorer Large Balcony Cabin Tour 9129

Welcome to my tour of our cabin 9129, which we stayed in during our Adriatic Explorer cruise on Marella Explorer, May 2024.
This is a large balcony cabin, which can sleep 3 people.
We loved this cabin, however 1 thing did bother us, which you can see at the end of the video.
I hope this video helps if you are deciding if you want to stay in this cabin, and I'm happy to help with any questions you may have!

We sail from Corfu to Split in Croatia, Koper in Slovenia, back to Croatia for Zadar & Dubrovnik and Kotor in Montenegro.

You brought a hammock. Your stateroom looks nice. What exactly is a bin in the bathroom used for? Never saw one of those on a cruise ship as yet.

Reading the comments on here I can see that people spend to much time on ships 🚢 lmao and not enough time visiting the beautiful places this ship sales, two sea days out of 14 🤷‍♂️ you will not find that on any other cruise liner! no she ain’t 5 star but she ain’t 5 star prices either! 🤙🏻

Just came off this ship last week on cruise from Corfu, must be the worst buffet anywhere on land or at sea, very poor-quality limited choice of food, this mixed with the constant waft of an open drain didn't make for good dining, the ship is very much Benidorm at sea with Butlins type entertainment throughout. That was our first and absolute last Marella cruise, lovely staff but the ship is well past its sell by date. Don’t be fooled by amateur videos such as these portraying false elegance, the ship was built in the 90s and it shows, as they say you can’t polish a turd even if you roll it glitter.

Yes - we've noticed the 'pong' on there a couple of times too, usually at the forward end of the buffet and also in the coffee port area
Might be just me but really don't like the decor of the buffet area (counters etc) - the 'distressed look' really doesn't give a good look to the area - it might be clean but it really
but doesn't look it

We had a cruise last year on the Explorer, our experience, was great, there was no nasty smells and the food was also very good. Im hoping our cruise this year will be just as enjoyable. If you don't like other peoples videos why view them, create your own and let people see what your complaints are about.
