To disable Windows Defender in Windows 10 Creators Update using Group Policy Editor (gpedit), you can follow these steps:
Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Type gpedit.msc and press Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
In the left pane of the Group Policy Editor, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Defender Antivirus.
In the right pane, double-click on the policy named Turn off Windows Defender Antivirus.
Select the Enabled option to disable Windows Defender.
Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
