I’ve always taken stones and or rocks from everywhere I’ve gone and I’ve worry stones that I love to touch and rub.. my stones and rocks have always comforted me and I find them one the most beautiful things on earth
I too have a spirit stone, and love rocks and trees.A shaman taught me to hold my stone in my hand and focus on the soul of the stone, feel it merge with me you might say, then ask the stone to come into my heart, there is a shift one feels, then she said “ how could anything hurt me when I’m connected to the whole universe. This exercise has been wonderful for me to be in tune with the bigger picture happening now.....here and now.......

I have a small stone in my car always that was given to me by my brother, that was given to him by a native American Indian. It is beautifully shaped like a foot, not hand carved, but smooth like it was once washed river gravel. I think I will start to carry that as you suggested. I woke up this morning 'on the wrong foot', not living in the present moment and knew I should be. What a wonderful way to greet the day, my Guardian Angel and live in the generous current moment. I have a stone shaped like a babies foot it is my spirit stone, but I leave it in my house, I’ve lost so much jewlery…..and I would not want to live without my stone…..

I would love to ask Lorna so many questions. For instance, can she switch off seeing angels or does she see them all the time? Does she see ghosts too? Do the angels ever tell her about World events like wars? Does she know anything about aliens and if they are visiting us? Does she know when she will die? Do the angels take her to visit other parts of the Universe? and about a hundred other questions.

I talk to my angels all the time but i just dont feel like they listen.
They do, but we have to listen to them too :) for the past few days Ive felt overwhelmed and kept seeing 1111 and feathers so i know Im being listened to, taken care of.. :)
