I love these fish, although I'm having a hard time finding a supplier for them. I have a 60 gallon rectangular tank that will be here in 4-5 weeks and then I have to get it setup and do the fishless cycle. So hopefully by that time some supplier on the west coast will have some of these! Love the tank!!
Nice tank update. That rock will look beautiful once algae starts to grow. In addition, you can add some moss to give it a green tinge. Also the gravel likes nice. Liked your video. Love to see more videos as this tank matures. Yes, I agree keeping the glass of the aquarium from scratches is tough. I have quite many small small scratches on my front glass. I am not sure how I scratched it. I use a soft cloth to wipe it down after water changes.
I'm in the same boat! How does the glass scratch to damn easy? I use a "microfiber" cloth for wiping down cars and I make sure there are no snails or sand around :-(
so awesome. you ever considered white glas tanks? at least the front. most saltwatertanks have that. you see the colours brighter. bit more pricy but worth it
Ok yeah we have a "Starphire Glass" manufactured by PPG which incorporates a low iron formula which increases the clarity of the glass! Yeah that would be awesome to have, I do have an affinity for free tanks though ;-)
hm im not sure if that is the right thing. we have a manufacture here i give response in 1-2 weeks when i m there. a friend builds tanks on his own but he is not shipping just local delivery sorry
i had a friend who bought a MASSIVE tank like 500 gallons or something and refused to let us help him and so we let him be and 5 minutes later we watvh him drop a 150 pound rock right through the bottom of the tank
