Here I want to add an info... that I have personally used it on my physical education partical exams.. a way to delay periods..for 2 days... to ate Hibiscus flower ( red) one I know.. many of you may have different opinions... about this trick.. but trust me my periods usually come 2 days before the actual date but ... I wanted to delay it so I ate hibiscus and yes what my periods was delayed for 5 days more.. As,, I don't belive in any period painkillers... so,, I never took any medicine.. in my periods cramps... but this is the first thing i used and.. I don't see any side effect...

I used to do that trouser and kurte waala method when I was in kvs and got period suddenly , it worked miracles, but yep, the bench used to stain sometimes 😬
I am also a Kvian btw I got my period on my maths board examination and on that day it was too much painfull I lost my consciousness and sleeped in the examination hall ...due to excessive pain

Even this year, I know our sisters will rock but I actually disagree of mam doing a silencing gesture on thumbnail like she's about to discuss something in the video that's wrong and not to discuss with anyone but as a NEET aspirant and with all of my sisters watching the video, it's nothing WRONG and someting to be SHAMEFUL about.
