hate on dgnas concept all you want but it doesnt change the fact that their vocals slay 95% of the boy groups out there right now. the best thing about them is that each member can sing extremely well (jays voice is a bit weaker, but hes improving). im really happy for dgna since they said that theyre finally doing music they enjoy. i really hope to see them succeed in the future; theyve been underrated for far too long. :-(

It's obvious no one can appreciate the tribal aspect of the mv. I find this to be one of my favorite songs and granted, I just got into these lovely boys, but they are talented. Just because you can't understand the mv doesn't mean the music its self isn't catchy.

It's been over two years since these guys had a Korean comeback. and sadly I think most of Korea has forgotten about them. I really hope they have another Korean comeback this year. Or at the very least, a proper Japanese music video. I miss them!
I just started listening to these guys, and I gotta say, I don't understand why they aren't more popular. Their songs are great, their vocals are great, their concepts are great... People are missing out.

times are different before.. social media reach internationally were still nonexistent. after a scandal broke out from their og company they had to find another agency. this new company is small and doesn't seem like to have connections in korean broadcasts (the only available promo options at the time), so they're mostly doing activities in Japan where they have a decent sized fandom (they always get top 10 1st week sales on oricon chart iirc), then going to Korea just to release music and doing a few music show promo where they could appear, to then be active again in Japan. when their 2nd company went bankrupt they signed back with their predebut company (before they were DGNA they were all part of XING opera) and this company only focuses on Japanese activities so it's getting harder getting back to Korea, and so finally in 2017 they released their hiatus statement
Usually these kinda concepts worry me in terms of fashion, but I can actually see that the stylists did a good job. You guys might think I'm crazy but I can actually see good taste and thoughtfulness when they picked out the clothes xD They look high fashion. specially Jay(?) the one in black, and easy to dance in. Pretty sure stylists didn't pick the concept but they did well with it. Wish DGNA weren't just on a rooftop though. also, rooftop reminds me of troublemaker a bit.
Definite new to this group, loved this concept! I love the way you see the tribal outfits at night then the normal day clothing. It's a lot more fun and the song is hella catchy! Love it :)

I honestly wish DGNA didn't suddenly disappear from the surface again as soon as the Rilla Go promotions ended. They did great with this comeback, but too bad Poom went bankrupt. I hoped for Xing Entertainment to do better, but even they're slacking off. Lucky Man was a great ballad and so was Who?, but they chose not to promote both which is just saddening. DGNA deserves more recognition. They struggled a lot but are still here after 8 years. I do hope for a comeback someday. One which will wake people up and make them realize on what sort of talent they've missed out.

TheEvaristoCaitlin I've been into Kpop since early 2008 and I love these types of concepts, I like it when groups take a risk and think outside the box, instead of following the 'trend' and going with the usual 'bad boy' or 'boy next door' concepts, I too hope that they'll continue on this path, it sets them apart from the rest :)

times are different before.. social media reach internationally were still nonexistent. after a scandal broke out from their og company they had to find another agency. this new company is small and doesn't seem like to have connections in korean broadcasts (the only available promo options at the time), so they're mostly doing activities in Japan where they have a decent sized fandom (they always get top 10 1st week sales on oricon chart iirc), then going to Korea just to release music and doing a few music show promo where they could appear, to then be active again in Japan.
when their 2nd company went bankrupt they signed back with their predebut company (before they were DGNA they were all part of XING opera) and this company only focuses on Japanese activities so it's getting harder getting back to Korea, and so finally in 2017 they released their hiatus statement

Usually these kinda concepts worry me in terms of fashion, but I can actually see that the stylists did a good job. You guys might think I'm crazy but I can actually see good taste and thoughtfulness when they picked out the clothes xD They look high fashion. specially Jay(?) the one in black, and easy to dance in. Pretty sure stylists didn't pick the concept but they did well with it. Wish DGNA weren't just on a rooftop though. also, rooftop reminds me of troublemaker a bit.

Definite new to this group, loved this concept! I love the way you see the tribal outfits at night then the normal day clothing. It's a lot more fun and the song is hella catchy! Love it :)

No entiendo por qué la gente no investiga con antelación antes de dejar como comentario un "no entendí por qué sus trajes y blablá" El concepto consiste en que son unos chicos de ciudad que quieren olvidarse por momentos de esa vida tensa y ruda para ser más naturales y preocuparse por sí mismos en un buen sentido. Ah, yo realmente estoy muy orgullosa de The Boss con este MV, y no soy demasiado fan ni nada pero los seguía y la evolución es enorme. Mika y Karam siempre han tenido una voz increíble, Injun y Hyunmin un poco menos pero es fascinante como aún así son muy buenos cantando y por último Jay, quien comúnmente no cantaba así, puede hacer una melodía muy rítmica y digna de disfrutar. I honestly wish DGNA didn't suddenly disappear from the surface again as soon as the Rilla Go promotions ended. They did great with this comeback, but too bad Poom went bankrupt. I hoped for Xing Entertainment to do better, but even they're slacking off. Lucky Man was a great ballad and so was Who?, but they chose not to promote both which is just saddening. DGNA deserves more recognition. They struggled a lot but are still here after 8 years. I do hope for a comeback someday. One which will wake people up and make them realize on what sort of talent they've missed out.

For those who are new to The Boss/DGNA and would like to check them out, here are their Korean releases (with MVs); Stumble Stumble, Admiring Boy, Lady, Why Goodbye, and their latest, Rilla Go! They also have a subunit consisting of Mika, Karam, and Jay with I'll Love You Until it Snows During Summer. They've also promoted in Japan a lot, their notable songs being from their Love series; Love Power, Love Bingo, and Love Parade. I hope you guys can help Masters (their fanclub) give support to the boys so they don't disband soon.

TheEvaristoCaitlin I've been into Kpop since early 2008 and I love these types of concepts, I like it when groups take a risk and think outside the box, instead of following the 'trend' and going with the usual 'bad boy' or 'boy next door' concepts, I too hope that they'll continue on this path, it sets them apart from the rest :)
