    Sounds great! My 95 corolla has a regular muffler but aftermarket headers, no resonator and straight pipe all the way to the muffler. It sounds decent for not being loud. But this sounds great!

    Bro I bought this for S when I got it. I didn't want a full cat back. It's perfect, kinda way louder than expected. My gf drove it so i could hear it when I was driving behind her in my other car. It's not that rice hollow can bullshit rasp. Only thing is I had ppl try to race me cause that 132hp 4spd auto and 2850lb car has to Rev to get anywhere in traffic 🤣.
    The vid doesn't do justice. None of them do

    Hey man I just got this and am having trouble with getting the 2 bolts to thread with the springs on the new one. It seems like I can never get them both on and threading without one popping out. Already got new screws and springs coming. Any tips on where to put the vice grip or vice grips? Did you use 2 or just one? And did you put them on the sides where the bolts are or top and bottom. Any feedback helps thank you man!

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад

      When I was doing this is took me about 30 minutes to try and get those screws in. But I think I had them on the bottom close to the bolt holes. But I had 1 set of vise grips to hold onto one side and another set of just normal pliers squeezing to try to get the flange closer to the threaded hole, while trying to get the bolt to thread In. If you got more than 1 person it might help, but it’s doable with 1 person!

      Yeah they are a big pain, and another tip is to make sure you try to thread them in evenly.

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад +1

      This exhaust is made for the corolla S. Because you have the body kit, which sticks past the car and the exhaust is inside it. Since I don’t have the body kit you see the exhaust stick out much more. But I don’t think there really is a way to get it to stick out more unless you have someone weld on a longer exhaust tip!

      @@hibrucetzenh6170yes this will, the only thing you will have to do is cut your bumper or get a longer exhaust hanger. Because the S models already have a cutout for the tip.

    I actually want to swap out my stock exhaust system but overall I don’t like too loud of an exhaust. How’s the sound barrier on this one? Anyone know of some that are louder than stock but quiet than some tin cans? Lol

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад

      This exhaust isn’t to loud at low RPM. It just gets kinda loud at higher RPM. But it doesn’t sound like a tin can at all. It sounds good. But for other exhaust there isn’t any other ones that bolt onto the car. Otherwise you will have to have one welded onto the exhaust by an exhaust shop.

    Is it loud enough to attract cops and wake neighbors?

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад +1

      It’s not very loud on cold start, it is loud but not loud enough to wake neighbors. And it does get pretty loud when you are getting in the high RPM’s. So it could attract cops!

      @@BrandonStellmach thank you so much for your reply, so I can drive without getting noticed at RPMs below 3000 right?

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад +1

      @@viks737 I would say that under 3000 would not be that loud. So you would be pretty safe!

    Have you noticed a serious difference in power?

      I can definitely feel a difference, I haven’t done any 0-60 test yet! 👍

      it's an NA car, you won't get any difference in power from an axle-back aftermarket muffler...

    Watching other borla exhaust without the header. It sound ricey when they let go of the gas peddle when they hit the rev limiter.... it has that farting civic can sound...

    • @BrandonStellmach

      So the headers do make the exhaust sound better! At least to me I think it sounds better!

    How did you make it pop?

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад

      I have DNA racing headers on my car, and if you hit the gas the right amount you can make it pop and crackle a little bit. Otherwise you would need a tune to make it pop much more.
