- The explosive New York Times report on the tax situation of US President Trump is raising some uncomfortable questions for Germany's largest lender, Deutsche Bank, namely: why did Deutsche Bank loan Mr Trump 2 Billion dollars at the same time other banks, including all US banks, were not willing to do so. And while Deutsche Bank may be handlling the loans, we cannot say tonight who or what is behind that money. In other words, we don't know who owns the debt of US President Donald Trump. And adding to the puzzle is the role played by the son of a former Supreme Court Justice. Justin Kennedy, son of former Justice Anthony Kennedy, was a division head and contact for Trump at Deutsche Bank. Kennedy was close to the then future president while continuing to lend him money.

@Oliver Pong this is why congress can make amendments to the Constitution. however, bigger question isn't about how many crooks in the court in the life time; its about LIFE TIME, appointed by two branch of government. 22nd amendments to constitution, president can have only two terms, thus avoid being a king. But, Supreme Court Justices in way are being above any other Feds. Govt., by serving its justices' life time. they can sway the Constitution and or strike down any laws that borderline legal and Constitutional. But, many Feds. Govt. agencies don't follow the Constitutions any way; illegal wars, NSA wire taping of Americans, CIA torture methods even though US sign anti-torture at the UN.
one thing I have learned is never to make business or give money to Deutsche Bank.

This would have been an unprecedented case in the entire history of presidents, a bribery case that is being resolved by paying another bribe.

3. a full medical checkup.

@@misskitty6586 Thats exactly why 99%of banks wouldnt go anywhere near him to start with. Deutsche bank often does business with high risk clients which can bring high returns. They will go after his assets if he reneges on repayments. He might have to pay up if he has any hope of ever getting another loan. There might be Russian or Chinese banks that might still do business with him and they're not likely to be too friendly if he tries screwing them.

I heard about this a few weeks ago on Bloomberg Masters of business. (great podcast on Spotify) Basically, Trump defaulted on a bunch of loans so no one wanted to give him money. Including one from Deutsche Bank as he stuffed them on one loan, however, somehow he managed to get another loan from a different department within the bank.
