Sali, I’m like you in that I have no time for non-scientific BS like astrology, crystal healing, homeopathy etc, but I truly love yoga and find it the best exercise for me - the key is finding the right teacher!
This is fab, I loved watching! Sali, a little note about being physical - you don't have to love yoga; everyone has something that will work for them. Mine's a mix of Pilates, classical ballet and heavy weightlifting! Just do what gives you energy.

It's kind of the glory of publishing with a house instead of DIY.
