  • Hi! Thanks for watching. Finally, I finished this mini project. I can't wait to start my new project. The whole bike will be transformed into a lightweight full carbon fiber 1199. I'll be making most of the carbon fiber parts myself. Subscribe to follow this project!

I started doing my own maintenance on my 959 and so glad I found your channel. Keep it coming for the panigale please. Your videos are very useful and detailed.

Great videos and I love the fact you add the torque values ,, going to do my 1299s shortly 😊
Btw I have a slightly weeping fork seal but it’s under Ducati warranty so I’ll let them sort that 😬

      Hey
      Thanks so much!
Yes use your warranty. You have paid for it 🙂
I’ll be transforming my 1199 into a “superleggera” definitely watch out for those videos 🛠🏍🤟

Maybe is something else but, I think this bike need a desmo service, you can hear the ratling sound at 10:07

These videos are extremely useful as I want to learn how to fully service my 1199 by myself. Have you ever considered doing your own valve clearances?
also by any chance, what lift/stand do you use?

I’m glad my video was useful. Yes I was planning to do the gaps but I never got around it. A good amount of data out there about how to do it yourself. Definitely give it a go! 🏍️🛠️👍
I’m using the ABBA skylift. Check their website out abbastands.co.uk/product-detail.asp?item=sky-lift&pid=44

@@zrcarbon9937 will definitely check them out! Probably will end up getting one soon.
I will most definitely be doing the maintenance by myself as the dealership charges $130-$170 an hour (depending who the advisor is for the day) + parts.

Can i buy any motorcycle stand? Or yours is a specially design for ducatis

    • @zrcarbon9937
      @zrcarbon9937  2 года назад

Yes you can buy the ABBA motorcycle skylift
Also you have to ask for the attachments for the panigale because the motorcycle lift is universal. Can be used for different motorcycles

      Hey!
I’m planning to change the oem swingarm to a cf swingarm. In the same time I will change the chain and sprockets. Definitely watch out for the video! 🛠🏍👊
