That is, after the contractor is finished, but before you sign off on the completed build. . . comes the punch list. All the little things that you say “ Oh that’s nothing, I can fix that later”. No no no! Those are punch list items. Paul. The project looks great. I offer this point as this is , SOP in the lower 48, for new construction. You may not need this, since your contractor’s ATD ( attention to detail) seems excellent. Look forward to images of finished job. Stay safe.

I worked construction for more than 20 years. I was so happy get away from it and go home at the end of the day. I can't even imagine living 24/7 on a construction site with equipment and stuff everywhere. Even in the evenings when everything shuts down, it would be hard for me to relax around that construction mess all over the property. I'm sure you guys will be happy when it's done and the site is cleaned up. Looking good!👍

It's not easy but the end result will be worth it! The construction stuff everywhere pretty much sucks!
