I mean like they would have to replace and make a whole new music bank file as in the base game they use .bank files to store sounds and music but it's possible you'd just need to figure out how to replace or edit the music's .bank file but yeah it makes making mods with custom sounds very annoying from what i've heard. (They use the .bank files so that way people can't just use UTMT to export the music i think)

I think there's a utility called Undertale Mod Tool you can use to do it? Sounds weird but Pizza Tower and Undertale are made with the same engine (Gamemaker Studio)
