Don't hate the player, hate the game I guess. As a magic player I am glad I have Standard so that I can use most cards in each set in some way, if all I had was Modern or Legacy 99% of every set would be worthless

That's just not true though. It's just -600 attack and preventing battle position changing aren't worth wild effects. A quick effect banish, a negate, a bounce, easier searchering... A stratos that isn't level 5, there are so many things this deck could of done even without a negate
No its because the deck is just mediocre asf and the strategy is ineffective at what its trying to do. Usless column effects and a starter that folds vs everything. If you don't get Reppas eff off you lose. Period.
Note we still dont know if "Face" is keyword for that column which is likely BUT we dont know how it effects monsters in the extra zone when something is behind them (example a link with a down arrow pointing to "beaver warrior" is beaver warrior "facing" or is it only the link in the column of the monster that happens to be above your S-force) rulings coming out soon anyways in 1 week

gravitino is related to the gravity controller. gravity controller needs a non-link monster in the extra monster zone so the security force is GUARANTEED to get a fusion, synchro, or XYZ and given that psyframe is a synchro based archetype and xyz comonly are seen as counters to synchros I bet you they're getting some XYZ or synchro monsters in the future
Thing is lore wise they suck at countering the archetypes they are meant to (time thief and psy frames) by time thieves being unaffected by there gimmick since redoer can banish itself which still dumps it's materials into the graveyard to be revived and punish direct attacks only to come back to a different zone and attack directly. And psy frames being 99% hand traps and 1% extra deck cards that both don't give a damn about what these guys do.

I don't get the analogy. The Sequel is incoherent in it's storytelling and characterization, but this S Force theme is consistent for the most part from card to card. I just don't like the artwork.
People theorized that aside from Psy-frames, the other Security Force monsters oppose a different arctype or monster. Such as Gravity Controller, Time Thieves, maybe Evil Twin and maybe Magical Muskateer

What's even crazier is that Extra Links aren't nearly as impactful as they once were. Like, if you manage to Extra Link in MR5, that should be an automatic game win.
Because the upwards arrows on this card is part of its design as the idea is you move your opponents monsters to zones it points to. It only works with upwards arrows but V links are clearly something konami doesn't want to exist in the game. I dont see what there is to question here its a pretty simple explanation.

at least the deck has pluses and doesn't require all of the cards in your hand to be related to myutants to work. people who are saying this archetype makes myutants "broken" are out of their mind. lol (just in case anyone wondering, I have played mutants with every meta engine possible and I had extreme fun playing the deck but the deck suffers alot so the best one I have tried is the control build with traps/handtraps and dogmatika engine).

Better yet, they need a boss monster that says "Negate the effects of monsters your opponent controls that face a "Security Force" monster you control." At a minimum. I'm sick and tired of negation. Dzeff calls it negation fatigue. I agree with him. I just want Yugioh to be fun again and that can only happen if Konami's R&D can come up with something other than negation.
I think konami needs to stop printing cards with negation for a while because the game is beginning to lose its indentity, I expect very Soon in the near future cards will all have clauses of cannot be negated because everything negates when you normalize a card like appolousa u set a standard of multiple negation being ok. So I'm liking this stance .hoping fingers crossed this format going forward we see more disruption archetypes and less negation type cards cause negation does not bring innovation it invites oppression
I'd rather more cards like this than generic archetype support that doesn't even help the archetype at all. It promotes balance and that's something we need going forward

You know what's messed up...I built a Psy Frame/Time Thief Deck.
I guess it's just a sign of what Yugioh is that if an archetype doesn't have some kind of omni-negate it might as well be garbage.
And that every archetype has an omni-negate in the form of Anaconda for Dragoon.

So I'm liking this stance .hoping fingers crossed this format going forward we see more disruption archetypes and less negation type cards cause negation does not bring innovation it invites oppression
I'd rather more cards like this than generic archetype support that doesn't even help the archetype at all. It promotes balance and that's something we need going forward
