Canning and Busy day on the farm and last steer found at neighbors house

We have a great group of people that live around us so many people helped out in finding the 4 lost calf’s we had we did not end up getting the tractor running so hay is still on the ground though
Strawberry lemonade concentrate
6 cups strawberries
4 cup lemon juice
6 cups sugar
6 Pint jars about
1 pint to one gallon water
While our homestead may not be the picture perfect homestead it is our dream and we hope to encourage others to work for theirs. We do things a little differently than some people may and that’s okay.

Your strawberry lemonade looks amazing! I just got gifted like 16 large tomatoes and they are all ripe. I am trying to figure out what I want to do with them lol!

You can freeze them if you plan on canning at any time and my favorite tomato sandwiches

@@Sycklehomestead1 Hubby had surgery today so nothing got done. I don't think I have any room in our freezers or anywhere lol. I think I may dehydrate them.
